Help us keep our information accurate. If you've found an error, outdated link, or missing information — or if you're a provider wanting to update a listing — we want to hear from you.
What you can report
Incorrect information in a guide, policy page, or educational resource.
Links that no longer work or point to outdated versions of official documents.
Inaccurate listing data for your center, or a center that appears incorrectly in the finder.
Important resources, sources, or context that should be included but isn't.
All corrections are reviewed by PDBHAI editorial staff. We aim to respond within 5 business days and post corrections as soon as they're verified.
Do not include medical records, diagnoses, PHI, or personal health information in correction requests.
Submit a correction
Use the contact form to send your correction. In the Subject field, choose "Correction or update request" and include the page URL and a description of what needs to be fixed.
